Our first series of previously unreleased material mainly focuses on recordings in which Panache Culture plays a prominent role and features the following :
  • An approx. 30 minutes lasting live recording from the "The Jamaica Future Sound Showcase" tour, which took place in the Spring of 1995. One of the artists involved in this promotional tour was then up-and-coming singer Mikey Spice. Backed by Panache Culture he delivers a selection of his debut album "Happiness". Songs performed include "I'm Back" (only performed live during this tour, then never again), "I'll Be There", "Loving In Your Eyes", "Chant Down Babylon", "Open Your Eyes" and "Party Song" Other artists who were part of this tour are Prezident Brown, Nardo Ranks, Professor Frisky and Natty Remo.
  • Reggae/Dancehall music - not only performed by Jamaican singers & deejays, but also by French artists - is presently real hot in France. RUNN Records International was already aware of the impact reggae music could have in France, when they recorded Panache Culture in combination with the well known French deejay Pablo Master in 1994. Pablo Master utilizes the "Travel In A Dream" riddim to full effect in a tune entitled "Travel Au Microphone".
  • The "Jacqueline" Re-mix, done by Teacher, consists of the following tracks :
Panache Culture - Jacqueline "French Version" **) ; Panache Culture - Jacqueline "English Version" (taken from the album "Travel In A Dream") ; Panache Culture - Dub Version ; U Brown - Give Thanks ; Wayne Lyrics - Time Hard.
All tracks were recorded in 1994, except **) which was recorded in 1999. The U Brown and Wayne Lyrics pieces were voiced at Grove Studio, Ocho Rios JA.
  • The combination song "I Need You", performed by veteran deejay U Brown and newcomer Delly Melody was recorded at Grove Studio, Ocho Rios JA, in 1994. Recorded and Mixed by Barry O'Hare.
